The Carpenter Square CS12 has been designed for the workshop environment where quality and pride in craftsmanship in your own work and ours is paramount.

The CS12 is fully CNC machined from the highest quality German cast aluminum tool plate. The single piece aluminum square is milled with several passes on our in-house CNC milling machines to ensure absolute squareness. This is abutted on each side by two aluminum cheeks that are machined at the same time as the body to provide consistency in the squareness and part tolerance. The parts are then pressed together using two stainless steel locating dowels with extra stainless steel machine screws to secure the cheeks.

The CS12 undergoes a glass bead blasting process to provide a matt finish before then being anodised in our brand colours. The anodising creates a hard protective layer on the surface of the aluminum that offers corrosion and scratch resistance, as well as giving the CS12 the stylish and striking appearance that our customers have come to expect from TrigJig tools.

There are two handy imperial scales on each side of the square to help with measuring, marking and laying out.
