This commercial sandwich and salad prep station is designed with easy-to-grip recessed door handles and two adjustable heavy-duty wire shelves (1 per section/door) to store ingredients and backup supplies. It is equipped with a full set of clip-on divider bars and sixteen (16) 4" deep plastic prep pans to hold various ingredients for easy access during sandwich and salad assembly. This two-door salad and sandwich prep station offers up to 15.5 cubic feet (439 L) of refrigerated storage that can hold 16 pans. The stainless steel prep station is equipped with a 11.42" deep polyethylene cutting board that provides a convenient surface for slicing and preparing ingredients. The unit is mounted on four (4) 3" diameter swivel casters (two with brakes) to facilitate maneuvering when needed. This energy-efficient refrigerated countertop prep station is engineered with solid-state controls and a forced-air system that delivers consistent and easily adjustable temperature performance.
