Pewag Grade 120 Chain - High Strength, Lightweight, Built to Last

Pewag’s Grade 120 chain is 50% stronger than standard Grade 80 chain and offers reduced weight for the same lifting capacity. Its square link design creates more surface contact between links, reducing pressure and wear during heavy-duty use.

The chain’s updated profile delivers up to 38% higher moment of resistance than traditional round links, helping it resist bending forces in demanding applications. A 6:1 design factor offers added safety compared to the 4:1 factor common in lower grades.

Each link is embossed with “120” or “12” and finished in blue powder coat for easy identification and corrosion protection. While there is no official national Grade 120 standard, this chain meets NACM and ASTM A973 / 973M standards applicable to Grade 100 lifting chain and complies with Pewag’s own PW specification standards.
