The disposable blood lancet is used with lancing device to collect capillary blood from fingertip for blood glucose testing or other testing utilizing small amounts of blood. 

Indications: Suitable for diabetes or blood glucose detection and capillary blood collection.

• For use with OneTouch UltraSoft 2 Lancing Device. 
• Fits most lancing devices. 
• Intended patient population: Adults and children over 2 years old. 

Directions For Use:

• Load your lancing device and twist off the protective cap. 
• Consult the Instructions For Use of your lancing device. 
• After use, please discard the used lancet in appropriate container. 

Cautions:

• Do not use if protective cap of the disposable blood lancet has been previously removed. 
• Do not store lancet in lancing device. 
• Please keep the product away from children. 
• The lancet is for single use only. Do not reuse the lancet. Lancets become dull and painful when reused. 
• Do not use the lancet beyond the use-by-date. 
• Discard the used lancet in appropriate container. 
• Store in a well ventilated room free of any poisonous, harmful and corrosive substances.
