DESCRIPTION

The Garmin Descent™ T2 Transceiver is an advanced wireless tank monitoring system designed for technical, recreational, and group divers. When paired with a Descent Mk3i dive computer, it provides real-time tank pressure, air time remaining, air consumption rate, and battery status. Using SubWave™ sonar technology, divers can track up to 8 tanks at once—perfect for buddy diving and dive instructors.

Built for deep dives, the Descent T2 features a rugged 20 ATM (200m) depth rating and operates in extreme temperatures. Its simplified wireless pairing makes tank identification easy, and an upcoming update will enable preformatted diver-to-diver messaging within 30 meters of range.
