This intense violet and ruby-coloured red opens with particular winey notes and then boasts spicy and soft notes of black pepper, mint and juniper berry. Whereas in the mouth, the wine features a well-structured, full-bodied flavour highlighted by the presence of fruity notes of prune and blackberry. Its tannins feature great depth thus giving way to a long, persistent finish that ends on a fruity note.

This Teroldego wine is left to age in steel vats after a 7-day maceration period. It is complex, intense yet always elegant to put it simply, a typical Teroldego that aims to please.

This full-bodied wine pairs well with savoury meat-based dishes such as venison chops with walnuts and mashed potatoes.
