January is the start of "The Color Conspiracy!"  A year-long program of gorgeous color ways!  January we tend to start craving summer, leaning into the winter blues.  But the color around this time of year is quite uplifting.  This is what we tried to achieve in this hand dyed Rambouillet roving.  A pick me up during a cold time of year for many of us.

Rambouillet is a dream to spin!  If you have never spun "Rambo,"  you are in for a treat!

It is similar in softness to Merino but with a bit more bounce.  It is a long fiber with good crimp.  The crimp is slightly more disorganized than merino which makes it a warmer yarn with more elasticity and more loft.
