The Combat Application Tourniquet® is the standard tourniquet used by the U.S. Army, verified to be 100% effective by the U.S. Army’s Institute of Surgical Research. It features a reinforced windlass, a single routing buckle for quick application, and NAR’s Red Tip Technology® for clear visual indicators during use.
