Light golden in colour. A nose of heather honey with hints of cinnamon and toffee bonbon. Very subtle notes of peat smoke develop. On the palate, creamy vanilla spice compliments smoky charcoal notes, balanced by sweet honey and spice. A full-bodied tangy aftertaste that lingers with a silky mouthfeel.

Made with peated and unpeated malt for a delicate balance. Enjoy neat or add a touch of water to allow the full complexity of the Highland peated malt to appear.
