This two-door salad and sandwich prep station offers up to 12.8 cubic feet (362 L) of refrigerated storage that can hold 18 pans. The stainless steel prep station is equipped with a 9" deep polyethylene cutting board that provides a convenient surface for slicing and preparing ingredients. The unit is mounted on four 3" diameter swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy mobility in your busy commercial kitchen. This deli prep station features a solid state digital control system, LED temperature display and urethane foam insulated walls and doors.
