This is a Glass borosilicate pendant with a Moldavite attached. Moldavite is one of the few gemstones that are compatible with borosilicate glass.

Moldavite is a green tektite said to be formed around 15 million years ago. It is theorized that Moldavites were created from a collision between a piece of material from outer space and the earth. According to this theory, the collision created a liquefied mixture of earth and the foreign material, which subsequently splashed up into the atmosphere. When the liquefied drops came back down, they cooled and formed into little pieces of what we now know as Moldavite.
