Offered here is an original antique Swiss pocket watch movement by Alpina / Union Horlogère, clearly signed “VAU”. This is the movement only, as shown.

The movement winds and runs, however one jewel shows signs of having been repaired or replaced in the past. As with all antique mechanical movements, a full service is recommended before regular use.

The enamel dial is present but shows scratches near the centre, a hairline crack from 3 to 4 and is missing both hands. Please study the photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.
