Our Free Range Bronze Turkeys are the result of our partnership with one of the UK’s most respected and long standing free range turkey producers - they also happen to be one of our partner poultry farms in Yorkshire. Edward and Emma go above and beyond to ensure the birds are raised in pristine open pasture and allowed to grow slowly on a natural diet enriched with herbs, homegrown cereals and natural forage - these birds develop the flavour, texture and finish that only traditional methods can deliver, they are also completely free from any growth promoters.

Tom’s note - our birds are the "Wagyu" of the Turkey world, without question the best rating Christmas Turkeys I have ever eaten, nothing comes close to the flavour and texture. Simply superb!

Each bird is dry plucked by hand for a premium finish and game hung for up to 10 days to provide fuller flavoured, superbly textured meat. The result? A turkey that carves beautifully, is moist throughout and delivers rich, satisfying flavour every time.
