This is a simple Linhof tripod head, with separately-locking pan and tilt functions. That's about it! Seems weird that something from Linhof would be this basic, but their non-camera stuff was never quite as elaborate as the Technika. Anyway, it's in working order, with some cosmetic wear. Standard 1/4" thread up top for camera mounting, 3/8" thread (with 1/4" bushing) for leg mounting.
