Process - Mountain Water Process

Low acidity coffee, mild and balanced with a pleasant brown sugar sweetness and a silky mouthfeel. Aromas of almonds, hazelnuts and milk chocolate.

Decaffeinated coffee is ideal for all people who want to enjoy the taste of coffee but are sensitive to caffeine or want to avoid its effects.
That's why we decided to include in our assortment coffee that is produced organically and without caffeine in accordance with the Mountain Water Process method.

Another advantage of this type of decaffeination is that the taste of the coffee is best preserved compared to other methods, which results in coffee with an excellent profile.

We recommend preparing this coffee using the espresso method, but it is also suitable for mocha pot or french press methods.
