Fresh Hop Brews
Once a year in the Northern Hemisphere, we get to brew beer in it's purest form. Hop cones, cut from the trellises, are immediately collected by bleary-eyed brewers on a pre-dawn mission. Once back at the brewery, fresh hop cones are crammed into a fermenter with freshly brewed Italian Pils to extract the magic that is the fresh hop brew.
