Description:
This is a collection of works by female composers from countries ranging from Western Europe (Occident) to the Orient (Orient, in this case around the Middle East). Although there are some folklore pieces and the famous Siciano Paradis, it is characterized by the inclusion of many "current" works written in the latter half of the 20th and 21st centuries. The taste of the recorded works varies from folk music to experimental contemporary music, and the diversity of the compositions cannot be categorized as "women's." The album features a flaca, which plays a central role in the album, as well as the "Siciano" of Paradis, which was written in the late 20th and 21st centuries. Flaka Goranci, a mezzo-soprano from the Republic of Kosovo who studied in Austria, plays a central role in the album. She has performed in opera houses, including in "Carmen," written many songs and lyrics, and organized projects for women. She also writes many songs and lyrics, organizes projects for women, and continues her activities to expand the possibilities of women's activities. Naxos Japan
