DESCRIPTION

The TAG Flat Bottom High Capacity Bucket Series provides a high-volume earthmoving solution for excavators in the 120,000–140,000 lb class (60–70 ton), offering maximum payload with reduced attachment weight. Built for efficiency in overburden, soil loading, and material transfer, each bucket features a single-bottom shell design with strategically placed wear straps to reduce dead weight while maintaining strength.

This series integrates AR450 steel plates in high-wear zones for improved durability, alongside an extended cutting edge that delivers deeper engagement for heavy penetration work. The unique flat-bottom profile improves grade control and dumping characteristics, while the sidecutter stops short of the lower edge—unlike standard TAG tooth buckets—reducing resistance and promoting clean cuts.
