It is equipped with a full set of clip-on divider bars and twelve (12) 4" deep plastic prep pans to hold various ingredients for easy access during sandwich and salad assembly. This two-door salad and sandwich prep station offers up to 13.2 cubic feet (374 L) of refrigerated storage that can hold 12 pans. The stainless steel prep station is equipped with an 11.42" deep polyethylene cutting board that provides a convenient surface for slicing and preparing ingredients. The unit is mounted on four 3" diameter swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy mobility in your busy commercial kitchen.
