Plastic pallets offer compounds that are impervious to bacteria, fungi and other contaminants.  Dust can be easily removed from plastic.  In several situations where anti-microbial applications occur a vented plastic pallet is preferred to allow for air circulation and water run-off.  In other applications where cleanliness is a priority a Hygiene Plastic Pallet may be preferred, such as the Plaspal 281 or Plaspal 248. 

The Plaspal 251 is also a Reefer container plastic pallet.  This specific size is optimum for space saving in temperature controlled export containers.
