Join Janell Riedl, owner of Ukrainian Village’s Elite Integrated Pilates, for a 45-minute mat class designed for every body. With 17 years of experience, she will lead a session that balances the precision of Classical Pilates with a Contemporary, functional approach.

The class will be friendly to all levels and incorporates mini stability balls to challenge core stability. Attendees will leave the mat feeling lengthened, centered, and energized.

Each participant will be given a Fragrant Botanicals Bundle to hang in your shower to keep the vibes rolling at home.  

Class starts right at 9am but we invite you to come early for private shopping in the yard and to soak in the plants.  We will open the gates only for class attendees starting at 8:30am. 

NOTES: 

Please bring your own mat. Mini stability balls will be provided for use during the session. The class will be on a non cusioned surface, if you need extra padding please bring with you. 

Class will be outside in our garden.  If there is expected to be rain on the morning of the class, Sprout Home will notify you the evening before via email. Class will then be moved to July 12th at the same time. 

Please bring sunscreen, if needed, as we will be in the exposed garden, not underneath cover.
