First put the chicken in a bowl with the seasoning mix together until evenly coated. Sizzle fry the seasoned chicken in a pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally. Then add the spice paste, the dry sauce mix and 450 ml of cold water. Simmer stir until mixed in, the sauce will thicken as if by magic with in a minute or two. Simmer for a total of 15 minutes or until the sauce is creamy and the chicken is cooked.
