Rocket Launchers swivel 360 degrees, tilt up and down, including upright for rod storage when travelling. The #473 includes the #344 Round Flush Deck Mount. This mount has a sealed base for watertight applications, such as, kayak decks, and includes a splash cover. Mounting Dimensions are 4" x 2" x 2"; Bolting Dimensions are 1 5/16" x 3 3/16".
