I. Product Overview

This compact fuel tank features a baffle designed to separate oil particles from the PCV/CCV intake tract, preventing them from recirculating into the engine. Over time, accumulated oil particles form a sludge on valve faces, leading to problems such as knock, pre-ignition, power loss, and reduced fuel economy. Increased piston ring clearance can cause abnormal blowby of air and fuel vapor (blowby). This process increases crankcase pressure. During engine operation, blowby gases entrained in the oil mist are drawn through the PCV valve into the intake manifold for combustion. The tank's baffle design captures the oil mist and condenses the fuel vapor, ensuring that only purified gases re-enter the combustion chamber, effectively reducing wear on critical engine components.

With this fuel tank cap with baffle, you can prevent misfires caused by carbon deposits, keep your engine clean, and extend engine life. By keeping the engine intake, valves, and pistons clean, you will not lose power in the future.

[Universal]The water tank capacity is 300ml and can be used on most models, ensuring there is enough space for installation.

[Note]When the outside temperature reaches or falls below freezing, the crankshaft ventilation system will generate a lot of moisture and there is a risk of freezing. Please clean the fuel tank cap once a week or install the original PCV hose.
