An Enduro rider's true friend, the Schwalbe Hans Dampf ADDIX soft has, as the name suggests, got itself a brand new rubber compound. The high grip sintered side knobs remain, as do the hard wearing centre blocks for great braking grip. What Schwalbe have added to the Hans Dampf is the new ADDIX soft rubber mix in various compounds. By mixing different levels of silica into the balance, Schwalbe have improved the 'grip/wear/rolling resistance' formula to new levels of reliability.

With ADDIX Soft, the grip level is at its peak and will see the Hans Dampf hook up more effectively on damp trails, with a slight increase in drag on long climbs - perfect for super tech courses with short/ push-a-bike uphills, with the SuperGravity version being even more gripsome.

ADDIX SOFT: Is a compound that bridges many areas. It belongs in the enduro and downhill world as well as in demanding all-mountain and trail riding. Various combination options provide more speed: Soft at the front, Speedgrip at the rear or more damping: Ultra Soft at the front, Soft at the rear. ADDIX soft is also ideal for E-MTBs. This is where it really shows off its strengths of "lots of cushioning and plenty of grip", all year round thanks to its optimized cold properties! NOTE: Tires with a soft rubber compound offer more grip and roll more smoothly. However, soft tires degrade more quickly and are more susceptible to wear!
