All Starlette jewelry comes with our standard 30-day manufacturer's warranty.  We will replace your Starlette jewelry within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase if it is either (a) defective upon arrival or (b) if the setting malfunctions with normal wear and tear. 

Our extended warranty service provides an additional 6 months of coverage beyond our standard 30-day manufacturer's warranty, giving you peace of mind and protection against unexpected issues that can occur as a result of normal wear and tear.

Once your jewelry has been received after submitting a warranty claim, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your warrantied item. If the claim is approved, upon inspection, we will exchange the defective or damaged product for a new one.

Refunds will not be issued for warrantied products.

• Lost or stolen items
• Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication of the product
• Defects or damage caused by exposing Starlette products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.
