The BloodBoxx™ Evac allows up to 110 hours¹ of thermal protection for 4 units of blood or plasma in a small, compact container with no power requirements. The BloodBoxx™ Evac is designed to provide prolonged field care capability to medical providers for blood products in austere environments. This modern technology significantly outperforms current fielded systems by 50 percent.

This system’s primary mission is to transport and keep whole blood at refrigerated temperatures in temperate climates. However, the BloodBoxx Evac system can be easily adapted to managing frozen payloads in temperate climates, or even managing room temperature payloads in cold climates.
