Extruded aluminum skid mounted cold 10 GPM 3500 PSI Bandit pressure washer B-K1035HC with a pressure trapped blue spring unloader mounted remotely on an unloader block.

This unit offers a beefy base and a Honda IGX800 fuel injected engine and Honda muffler. PSI offers an easy to access pump tensioner underneath the Comet pump. The aluminum belt guard is assembled with heavy duty bolts instead of rivets.

10 GPM 3500 PSI Comet PS8010 banded belt extruded aluminum frame, high flow green spring unloader remotely mounted on an unloader block to reduce stress on the manifold, gun/wand assembly with brass quick connects, 50' grey high pressure hose with quick connects, 4 colored quick connect nozzles.  Oil prefilled in pump and engine.

****Important****

This unit will need a fuel tank, fuel hose and fittings (1184, 2119) to connect the fuel hose (FH) to the tank. You can purchase an aluminum fuel tank or poly fuel tank online or locally. We offer the fuel hose (FH) by the foot.

Please purchase a length of 3/8" (AGY06) or 1/2" (AGY08) yellow ag hose. We offer it by the foot.

Purchase two barbs for the bypass hose. You need a hose barb (1174) or (1171) for the outlet of the unloader and a 4784 or 4796 for the tank. The barb at the tank and bulkhead is included in the PL-8-TO or PL-8-TA kit.

Purchase a battery for this unit. You will receive a small, battery box and strap.

Always use medium Threadlock on your high pressure fittings instead of Teflon tape. Teflon tape will end up in the pump valves or clog nozzles.

We recommend a minimum of 300 gallon water tank or IBC tote.

Add a Hudson float valve (Hudson-HT) and Hudson float valve installation kit (Hudson-A or HB) to prevent over-filling your water tank. The Hudson float valve will automatically stop the flow into your tank when installed properly in the headspace of your water supply tank.

 As with any pressure washer, do not adjust the unloader. The unloader is set at a spike pressure of 200 PSI above the operating pressure of the pump and meant to be left alone. If you need less pressure, change out the nozzles to a larger orifice and never smaller than what is called for using factory specifications using GPM and pressure. This unit requires a 11.0 orifice or larger nozzle.
