As part of Dragon's new series of 1/72 scale kits with Neo tracks, the range is moving to popular subjects such as the StuG.III. The latest addition is a StuG.III Ausf.G Early-Production variant. This new item is based on Dragon's existing 1/72 scale StuG.III Ausf.G, but the major improvement is the inclusion of 40cm-type Neo tracks. Such Neo items feature pre-molded lengths of tracks to make life easier for the modeler, as well as individual links that allow appropriate sagging effects, or even the rendering of battle damage.
Furthermore, the plastic material on Neo tracks is the same as that used elsewhere on the injection-molded kit to make painting and finishing easier. This 1/72 plastic kit of the StuG.III Ausf.G includes an array of photo-etched parts as well for elements such as grills. Without a doubt, this is absolutely the best StuG.III G available on the market, one that other makers will not surpass.
