The ESi Controls ESCTS Cylinder Thermostat is configured specifically for the control of the domestic hot water cylinder to suit householder lifestyles and is suitable for both un-insulated and foam lagged cylinders. The ESCTS can be used to switch directly a wet central heating circulating pump or boiler, or to operate zone valves. The bimetallic sensor ensures accurate hot water temperature control, whilst the large clear adjustable dial is easy to read and adjustable between 0C and 80C. The ESCTS can provide energy savings when set between the recommended 60C and 65C. The Cylinder Thermostat is very easy to fit and is designed for surface mounting on domestic hot water cylinders or tanks. The ESCTS can also be mounted on the pipe, and comes supplied complete with both an extra-long mounting strap (and hooks) for the even the largest cylinders and a spring for the heating pipes.
