1) Grab your favourite dress (one that is non-stretch in design) and lay it flat on a flat surface
2) Measure the bust, waist, and hips (for bodycon dresses)
3) Measure the bust and waist (for fit and flare dresses) - hips measurement are not as important with these styles
4) Compare your measurements to the chart below to see where you fit!
EXTRA TIPS:
1) Take bust measurements with a grain of salt if the dress has an open back or lace up back, as you will have some room to alter the fit.
