Allah has clearly indicated to mankind that: "Indeed in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad (SAW)) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes for Allah and the Last Days and remembers Allah much". (33:21) Prophet Muhammad was sent as a guide, and mercy for all of mankind, and as such was given wisdom by Allah that benefits man. Allah says: "O Mankind! There has come to you a good advice from your Lord, and a healing for that which is in your breasts, a guidance and mercy for the believer's." (10:57). The Prophets medicine is not restricted to spiritual healing, in fact it balances the healing of the soul and the physical man in order to prepare him for a better life in the Hereafter.
