All of our embroidered hats are designed, embroidered and shipped directly from our company in Northern Virginia. Most hat manufacturers are actually "Made" out of country, but we design and do all of our own embroidery in our Virginia office. Outdoor cap is actually manufactured in Vietnam and China.

We have various different hat options that you can choose from. The USA300 with the flag on the brim is by far the most popular. We also have Flex fit options, which is the 6277 as well as others.
