Bûche De Noël is the French translation for the festive cake served at Christmas time, yule log. After saying 'Yule Log' far too many times in our meeting, we thought Bûche De Noël sounded more appropriate so went with that - a rare case of self-censorship from us. 

This indulgent Oat Cream IPA takes its cue from the cake, meaning that, after boil, we added locally roasted cacao nibs from our friends at Spencer Cocoa in Mudgee,  NSW, to add a subtle hint of cocoa, and freshly baked sponge cakes for a touch of vanilla.

Don’t be fooled though, this is just as fruity and hazy as our biggest Oat Cream IPAs. Happy holidays indeed!
