Plant Care

Water
Water once a week or when the top layer of soil feels dry. Keep the soil lightly moist during the growing season (spring and summer), but avoid overwatering, which can lead to root rot. In cooler months, let the soil dry out a bit more between waterings. Crispy leaf edges or drooping leaves can signal underwatering.

Sunlight
Requires bright, direct to indirect light—at least 6 hours daily. It thrives in a sunny spot and can even adapt to full sun over time. If grown indoors, place near a south or west-facing window for best results. Lack of light can prevent flowering and cause slow growth.

Ambient
Prefers temperatures between 18°C - 27°C. It’s not frost-tolerant, so keep it away from cold drafts or sudden temperature changes. Average indoor humidity is fine, but occasional misting helps, especially in dry climates or during winter.

Nutrients
Feed every 2–3 weeks during active growth (spring and summer) with a balanced liquid fertilizer or use Folikraft Indoor Plant Food. Stop feeding in fall and winter when the plant enters a rest phase. A well-fed plant is more likely to bloom!
