We have a small stash of imperfect XL strip straw hat bodies - mostly the damage here is fading on the very outer brim edge line as seen in the photo. Nothing a clever bit of ribbon trimming can't cover up!

It sits fine on the head without the need to put in a head ribbon - but to properly finish this piece off you will want to sew in a petersham head ribbon.
