Tonic Grenache 2020 vintage has dark red berries and a crunchy aromatic almost amaro like aroma. The texture and depth is classic Tonic in style. Flavour without overpowering the tannins lead and juicy fruit follows. Left on skins for nearly a month, pressed in older oak, unsulphured.

Typically the spice in Grenache sees it matching superbly with roasted meats and vegetables, stews and recipes with Asian flavours. Think roast turkey with lots of root vegetables or pork belly. And slow-cooked stews and braises in the winter can be a great pairing.
