This assembly is a direct mount T-ported 3-way, stainless steel block body ball valve with NPT ends and an explosion-proof electric actuator. It is suitable for water, gas, and oil applications, and is available in sizes 1/2” to 4” with pressure ratings of up to 1000 psi. It features cavity-filled stainless steel, NPT threaded full port, live loaded stem packing, R.P.T.F.E. seats and seals, and all stainless steel external components. It also has an ISO 5211 mounting pad with square stem.

The actuator is NEMA 4x, 7, 8 & 9 (CSA Approved) with an enclosure that conforms to IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection. It has a temperature range of 22°F to 158°F, a clutch-less manual override, thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater for working conditions, self-locking gear system, and is available in both ON/OFF (00*) or 4~20 mA MODULATING (02*). It also has a 30% Duty Cycle (ON/OFF) and 75% Duty Cycle (MODULATING), ISO 5211 Mounting Bolt Pattern and DIN 3337 Double Square Drive, ± 5° Mechanical stop on 0° and 90°, continuous mechanical position indicator, and built-in thermal overload protection to prevent motor burnout.
