Dosage

• Adults: Take 4 capsules twice daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Warnings

• Do not use if you have hypokalaemia, high blood pressure, kidney or cardiovascular disorders, or if taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, or other medications that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
• Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are:
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Diagnosed with a liver disorder, diabetes, gallstones, bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, or excess stomach acid.
  • Taking antidepressant medications, blood thinners, or digoxin.
• Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if experiencing insomnia, anxiety, headache, or hypersensitivity such as allergy.
