This matcha is specially developed by Tsujiki Tea House for honing brewing techniques — from sifting and whisking to adjusting water temperature and ratio.
Rather than focusing on premium flavor complexity, this blend prioritizes consistency, ease of use, and a forgiving profile for repeated practice.

It’s made from multiple cultivars and offers a fresh green color without being overly vibrant. When whisked, it gives off notes of young grass, steamed beans, and a hint of roasted rice.
The flavor is gentle, smooth on the finish, with no noticeable bitterness or astringency. It has a good level of fineness and foams well when whisked properly.
