The primary cooking system produces 32,000 BTUs across a 432 sq. in. diamond-sear cooking surface with an additional 116 sq. in. warming rack and a 10,000 BTU rotisserie backburner for even roasting. Stainless-steel vaporizer panels and Diamond Sear cooking grids reduce flare-ups while improving searing and heat distribution. Electronic push-button ignition with interior halogen lighting and backlit control knobs provides reliable starts and low-light operation. Total system output is approximately 42,000 BTUs with 548 sq. in. total cooking area, supporting direct grilling and slow-rotisserie applications. The grill ships set for natural gas and includes a propane conversion kit for alternate fueling. A 120V power source is required for L Series operation.
