This Herringbone D-28 is in exeptionally great condition. This is a crack free example made in the last year Martin used Herringbone on it's D-28's with a Sitka spruce top, Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, and tapered bracing. It has great projection and balanced sound. This guitar has had a neck reset, a refret, a replaced bone nut and saddle, a strap pin has been added, and the original bridge has been slightly shaved to 5/16". This guitar has the original bridge plate and has a nut width of 1 11/16". The depth of the neck at the first fret is 0.93", and the tenth fret depth is 1.13". This guitar weighs 4.28 lbs and comes with a non original hardshell case.
