A rosé made from 100% organic Monastrell grown in Castaño’s family vineyards situated in the North of Yecla at 750m above sea level, meaning the grapes retain a beautiful freshness.

Bright red fruits on the nose, the palate is soft, with vibrant acidity and a long finish.

It's made by Famalia Castaño who specialise in growing this often overlooked grape on their Yecla DO vineyards in south-eastern Spain following organic practices. On average their vines are 30 years old and the conditions are perfect for farming with minimal pesticides and herbicides.

A great summer wine but with a little more oomph than South of France pink wines, making it a fine bottle to crack open all year round.
