Shake well before use

Hot Brew

Place1 Tbs herbs in a glass container.

Pour boiling water over the herbs and cover the lid to avoid volatile oils and steam to escape.

Allow the infusion to steep for 2 mins or until the water cools to the temperature of your liking.

Strain the spent herbs out of the water to remove all of the herbs.

Cold Brew

Place 1 Tbs of herbs in a glass container and pour water over the herbs and cover the lid. Refrigerate overnight.
