Each pillow measures 10” x 7” and is filled with 2 full cups of my signature lavender and flaxseed blend, giving it a comforting weight that soothes tired eyes, calms the nervous system, and invites rest.

• Warm in the microwave for 30 seconds for gentle heat—especially helpful for dry or strained eyes
