The actuator is made of hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, and a minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi and a maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi. It is designed to ASME B16.34, ASME B16.10, ASME 16.5, ASME B1.1, and ISO 5211 standards and requires no lubrication maintenance for its lifetime.
