For international orders, we use Standard International Delivery services or EMS services, which are jointly operated by Korea Post and Australia Post. Estimated delivery times from Seoul, South Korea to Australia are as follows:

Standard International Delivery : 7 - 14 working days
EMS Delivery : 5 - 10 working days (With additional costs)

Shipping comes with tracking numbers. Customers can track their parcels and liase directly with the delivery companies for any issues including delays, lost items, or other delivery-related concerns.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have a valid proof of purchase and the product meets all of the following conditions at the time of the return request.

- not been worn, opened, used, or expired
- original scent or quality of the product has not been altered
