This piece entitled "Respite from the Sadness" represents the stolen moments away from your grief. You find yourself smiling again, laughing at yourself and feeling happy. It can be confusing as you almost feel guilty for experiencing these moments after losing your loved one. But it is okay to feel happy and sad at the same time. Do not let guilt stop you from healing. My spirits lift when I'm around a body of water; therefore, this piece has a sense of water and sand.
