Our proprietary Southern Hemp potting soil was formulated on our hemp farm in Tennessee using aged forest products, compost, worm castings, Canadian sphagnum peat, and coco-coir, Berger Bugs beneficial microbes, and perlite. This potting soil is full of organic matter allowing the microbes to flourish and support strong root development and nutrient uptake. The compost, Sphagnum peat, and worm castings allow the mix to retain some moisture and hold onto essential nutrients. The aged forest products and perlite add porosity to the mix allowing more oxygen to the plant's root zone. It is ready to use right out of the bag. For best results when transplanting seedlings, use slow release organic fertilizers to help your girls get their best start.
