New research suggests many people –especially athletes and those following paleo, keto, or low-carb diet– are actually under-salted. As athletes, we may already have proper hydration on our radar and most of us know that to stay properly hydrated, plain H2O just won’t cut it.

How to use it: 

LMNT electrolyte mixes are easy to use, just drop a pack of your favorite flavor in your water bottle, shake and drink. They mix easily and won't get clumpy.
